I’ve spent the past decade helping teams bring structure, clarity, and focus to their work. As a PMP® certified Project and Digital Business Manager based in Dublin, I help businesses plan, organize, and deliver projects that actually get finished without the chaos.

I hold a BSc in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University, along with Professional Diplomas in Project Management and Supply Chain Management from IBAT College in Dublin. That blend of service, operations, and structured thinking shapes the way I lead projects and support teams today.

Before building my consultancy, I lived and worked around the world in Spain, South Korea, Portugal, and Dubai. Those experiences shaped my adaptability, curiosity, and appreciation for how people work across cultures. Now settled in Ireland for the past six years, I channel that perspective into helping global teams collaborate more effectively and deliver meaningful results.

My career began supporting small creative studios, where I quickly realized how much I loved turning scattered priorities into smooth operations. That passion evolved into managing complex projects across multiple industries — from e-commerce and design to real estate, product development, and the wine & spirits sector.

At my core, I’m someone who thrives on making things run better. I bring calm leadership, strong communication, and an unrelenting focus on progress. I’m as comfortable working inside fast-moving startups as I am coordinating larger, cross-functional corporate teams. At the heart of everything I do is connection, because behind every successful project is a group of people who feel supported and capable of doing their best work.
